Lowery & Associates has in depth experience in program design and development of complex security and safety programs, polices and operational systems. This team does physical security risk assessments on existing buildings and properties. Each physical security risk assessments is independently designed for the client, which results in a written report of findings and recommendations. These findings and recommendations will be prioritized to client for remediation.  

Safety and security of Schools K-12 and Universities

Lowery & Associates actively works across the nation providing physical security risk assessments in school and universities, providing workshops for faculty and staff, working together with university police, developing threat assessment teams, and auditing current security plans. 

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ADVANCE AND FACILitation

International Travel to include pre-advance country assessment, in-country advance preparation, and trip facilitation. Mr. Lowery has provided these services in a private security capacity in countries such as: Cape Town, South Africa; Istanbul, Turkey; Chennai, India; Kolkata, India; Ethiopia and Uganda.

Mr. Lowery has traveled to over 40 countries in support of U.S. Government dignitaries in their official foreign travels.

Lowery & Associates has vast experience in assuring the personal security of high profile clientele. Lowery & Associates will perform a threat assessment to determine the threat to the client and provide a detailed report of findings and recommendations.

Mr. Lowery has in depth experience in program design and development of complex security and safety programs, polices and operational systems.  He has skills in the design of technical security plans including, alarms, cameras, photo-electronic sensors, panic alerts and access control systems for the public and private sector offices, private residence and other properties. Mr. Lowery’s experience in the private sector has included the creation, design and oversight of all aspects of corporate and executive safety and security programs to include personal protection, physical security including the design, implementation and administration of business facilitaties, personal residences, aircraft hangars and ranches.

EXECUTIVE PROTECTION 

Mr. Lowery was directly responsible for the protection of some of the world’s most powerful and recognized leaders in the past quarter century. He has traveled to over forty (40) foreign countries planning and performing protection responsibilities for the President of the United States and private sector corporate executives. 

Special EVENT SECURITY AND PLANNING

Lowery & Associates has broad experience in planning for special events such as: Annual Corporate Conferences, Board of Directors meetings, group foreign and domestic travel, etc.  Mr. Lowery has experience in providing overall security advance planning and facilitation for events such as: the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio; the G7 Summit in Houston, Texas; Olympic games in Atlanta, Georgia (1996); and Salt Lake City, Utah (2002); and numerous United States Presidential Protection advances including for Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Donald J. Trump.
